SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to participation once the messaging program is activated. Publishing these terms does not activate a subscription.

1. Program name

Unixity LLC SMS Messaging Program

2. Program description

Unixity LLC (Unixity) is preparing optional SMS/MMS messages for clients, customers, and authorized business contacts using (602) 962-8249.

Messages may include customer support communications, project updates, appointment scheduling and reminders, technical assistance, service notifications, and operational alerts related to your services. This is a nonmarketing customer care program.

3. Consent

Customers must explicitly authorize SMS communications through a supported consent method. Planned methods include a separate optional website checkbox, explicit verbal consent using the published verbal script, and texting START to the published program number followed by YES confirmation.

Those workflows are not operating yet. The SMS Communications page displays their current status. An unchecked box, a general contact request, silence, or an unclear response does not provide SMS consent. Recurring messages will not begin merely because a person texts START; the planned text enrollment flow requires YES confirmation.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on client activity and service requests.

5. Message charges

Message and data rates may apply.

6. Opt-out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

Once the program is active, a STOP request will cancel that subscription and receive an opt-out confirmation. You will not receive additional program messages through the canceled subscription unless you subsequently provide new consent. Under the planned text flow, reply START to request enrollment again, then YES to confirm. Enrollment and keyword responses are not yet active.

7. Help

Reply HELP for assistance.

This keyword will be available once messaging is active. For support now or at any time, email matthew@unixity.co or visit unixity.co.

8. Mobile carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with the Unixity Privacy Policy.

10. SMS consent data

SMS opt-in data and consent information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Authorized infrastructure providers may process information solely to deliver and administer the requested messaging service.

11. Program changes

Unixity may update or discontinue the messaging service as necessary. Changes to program terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date. A change does not override a customer’s opt-out or permit unrelated marketing messages.
